Hi Gordon, Sure. I am wearing a medium in the Tracksmith that is a close fit, however, it's not uncomfortable since it's stretchy. Some people might choose to choose a Large size for those who prefer something more roomy for running. Personally I prefer the way the Informale ones are made, because they're made with elastic too (should have mentioned this) that allows them to sit neatly and not relying on the drawstring. height increasing sneakers The drawstring itself can be a little uncomfortable as it's a very thin line to have gripping you.
